I am over 18 years of age & agree to be wholly responsible for the balance of the rental property 8 weeks before occupancy. I agree to leave the property in a clean & tidy condition & be responsible for all damages or breakages howsoever caused. Should cancellation become necessary for whatever reason, any damage deposit will be refunded, but in all cases the Rental Deposit is non refundable. Occupants are asked, please, not to smoke inside the property. The Fire Guard must be used when ever the open fire is alight, and candles are not to be used in the property, but should there be a power cut torches are supplied. No Pets whatsoever are allowed |
