BOOKING DETAILS
The Cottage will be available at 3.00pm on the first rental day, and must be vacated by 10.00am on the last rental day. Inspection of the Cottage by the landlord will be prior to departure, with a Deposit in case of possible damages due in advance of the rental period, this will be returned at departure should there be no breakages, any damage will be deducted from the Deposit.
Electric, heating, water, costs are included in the rent costs. A 25% rental Deposit will be payable at the time of the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental date. If the cottage is rented with less than 8 weeks notice the full rental fee is payable at the time of booking. A breakages deposit of £300 is also payable with the balance payment.
All bed linen is provided, bath towels, tea towels, soap, detergents, bath lotions, and basic provisions. There is a local village shop for any extra provisions, it is open from 7.00am 'til 9.00pm Mon - Sat, Sunday 7.00am 'til 3.00pm. There are good Pub facilities close by, a local Post Office, with large Supermarkets close by (10 to 15 minutes by car journey).
